Agirc Arrco's web site project

In February 2015, I joined an exciting project, consisting in creating a brand new web site for Agirc Arrco's firm.

During this experience, I was the leader of a team constituated of Web developers, QA specialists, Scrum Masters and Product Owners.

I worked closely with Product Managers and Web designers, challenging UX/UI evolutions and the product's roadmap, with the eternal will to offer the best customer experience.

The first version of the web site was launched in September 2015, 9 months after the project's start

In the last 5 years, the audience significantly grew from an average of 25 000 users per day to reach 100 000 users/day. 19 new self-care services were added to the site's online services catalog, enabling millions of persons to get information about their career, get an estimation of their pension, follow their retirement requests, ...
